Prior to delivery, a call will be made by the dealer to ensure your presence.
- Can I choose my date of delivery?
Yes, delivery can be made as per a convenient date requested by you.
- How do I track my shipment?
Whenever your consignment is dispatched from the shop, a message will be forwarded to you with the vehicle details and the transporter details. It can then be tracked by you on the transporters' website.
- Do you deliver inter-city?
Yes, but it is recommended that you place your order from the dealer of the same city only. It will reduce the hassles.
- What happens if the delivered product comes damaged?
Though we ensure proper packaging & logistics to avoid any kind of damage, yet if it happens, the damaged goods will be replaced by fresh goods provided the packaging is opened immediate after delivery in front of our people.
- Will the delivery person install the product?
Yes, he is equipped to install the product.
- Can you take my old furniture away?
No - it is out of the scope of our service.
- What is the warranty period ?
All Steel n Style products come with a one-year warranty from date of billing.
- How can I extend my warranty?

- What does the warranty cover?
Your warranty covers the accessories and paint.
- What is your return policy?
If the technical people find that after opening the packaging the consignment is defective/damaged, it will be replaced with fresh goods. In case of product issues within the warranty period, a call needs to be logged in with customer care or our complaint management system. Our technical team will visit and resolve the issue within 10 working days.
- Where can I drop in a complaint?
At Steel n Style we believe in prompt redressal of complaints and addressing customer needs on priority.
